Our Story

From Bucha to Valencia: a family & their dogs

We started with one Cavalier and a dream, then fell in love with Toy Poodles too. War changed everything, but not our love for these breeds. Now based in Valencia, we share our daily life with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Toy Poodles: shows, walks, sofa battles, and endless love.

Everything you need to know about our puppies.

Toy Poodles and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. All puppies come from health-tested parents with FCI/UKU documented pedigrees.

We breed red and apricot Toy Poodles. All our Toy Poodle puppies come from champion parents with UKU pedigrees (FCI-recognised) and full health testing.

Toy Poodles are one of the best breeds for allergy sufferers: a single curly coat that sheds very little and traps dander instead of spreading it around the house. Many families with mild allergies live comfortably with one. Even so, no dog is 100% allergen-free: the allergens are in dander and saliva, not the hair. So if anyone at home has allergies, spend time with an adult Poodle before you decide.

Size. Under the FCI standard, Toy Poodles stand 24–28 cm at the shoulder and Miniature Poodles 28–35 cm; coat and temperament are the same.

“Teacup poodle” is a sales label for very small Toy Poodles, not a breed and not an FCI size. The smallest poodle the FCI recognises is the Toy: over 24 cm up to 28 cm at the withers, with 25 cm as the ideal. We breed Toy Poodles within that standard and do not sell dogs as teacups. Every puppy comes with a UKU pedigree (FCI-recognised), health testing and champion bloodlines. More on why teacup is not an FCI size in our teacup poodle guide.

We don't sell dogs as “teacup”: “teacup” is not an FCI size, and a dog sold as one is a Toy Poodle by registration. Valivans breeds Toy Poodles within the FCI standard, and our family lives in Valencia, Spain. All our puppies come with a UKU pedigree (FCI-recognised), vaccinations, a microchip and a health certificate. We also deliver across Europe and internationally.
