Who we are
Valivans is a Ukrainian family kennel in Valencia, Spain, and is the controller of the personal data you send us. Contact: hello@valivans.club. We only talk to people by email and on Instagram.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name and email, and, if you fill them in, your country, which puppy you want, your timing and a note about your home. We also keep the form language, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you signed up from, as a record of your consent.
Why we use it
To run the waitlist: to reply to you and to send emails about our litters and puppies. Nothing else. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
Who processes it for us
- MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends our emails. It records whether our emails are opened and their links clicked.
- Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: pages visited, device type and approximate location. It sets cookies (_ga) in your browser. We cannot see your name or email in it.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you ask us, we will delete your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@valivans.club. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
No phone calls
We never ask for your phone number and do not contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
